Site Rules

We try to keep our rules to a minimum but expect our guests to follow those that we do have to hopefully make every ones stay a pleasant one. If you consider any of our rules unreasonable then please don’t stay with us.

  1. Open fires of any kind are forbidden.
  2. Barbeques are allowed but must be raised a least 6” off the ground on bricks. We keep a stock of bricks for this purpose, please ask the warden if you require any.
  3. Music or televisions should not be audible outside of your unit.
  4. Ball games such as football or cricket are not allowed on the field or car parks. Caravans and cars are easily damaged and expensive to repair.
  5. Visitor’s cars are allowed on site at the discretion of the warden depending how busy we are. On bank holidays visitors cars can not be accommodated and must find alternative parking arrangements off the park.
  6. Gazebos and the larger party tents are not allowed due to the possibility of them blowing away in gusty winds causing damage and injury.
  7. We operate a strict ‘No Noise’ policy after 11pm, but as it is a family site we expect you to consider others close to you. Caravans and tents are not sound proof so keep your voices low in the evenings.
  8. Young children should be accompanied by an adult when visiting the toilet block.
  9. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times and exercised off the park. Dogs must never be left alone in cars or caravans, if you leave the park please take your dog with you. Any fouling must be cleaned up immediately. Dogs are not allowed on the static caravan field.
  10. All the static caravans are privately owned and we hope you will respect this by not wandering around them. Please do not allow your children to play among them.
  11. All pitches should be vacated by 12noon on day of departure unless otherwise arranged with the warden.
  12. Electric heaters are not to be used in awnings and tents. They may trip circuit breakers and a charge may be made for resetting.
